Setup guide

In Microsoft Excel

  1. 1Open the file in Excel. If a yellow Protected View bar appears, click Enable Editing so every formula and chart refreshes.
  2. 2Go to the Start Here tab and follow the ten minute setup.
  3. 3Fill in Settings first, then start logging on Income and Expenses.

In Google Sheets

  1. 1In Google Drive, click New, then File upload, and choose the workbook.
  2. 2Open the uploaded file, then choose File, Save as Google Sheets.
  3. 3Work in the new Google Sheets copy. Formulas, dropdowns, colours and charts come with it.
